Hi, I’m Alisha McCanney—aka Planny McCanney! Long before I became a Travel Agent with Chasing Seahorses, my friends affectionically started calling me Planny McCanney—because I’m the one who somehow turns “let’s just wing it” into a plan that balances everyone’s bucket list, snack priorities, and occasional hangry meltdowns. Now? I’ve fully embraced the nickname and made it official.

By day, I’m a mental health therapist (which means I’m very good at keeping things calm, organized, and low-stress). By vacation mode, I’m a Royal Caribbean superfan who knows the ships better than most crew members and will 100% volunteer for the onboard game show—no hesitation, no shame, just lots of laughs!

As a mom, I specialize in planning family vacations that don’t end with parents whispering, “We need a vacation from this vacation.” My goal is simple: kids having a blast, adults actually relaxing, and everyone coming home happier than when they left—because self-care pairs beautifully with ocean views.
